Jason Krause, MAI
Mr. Krause’s appraisal experience began in the banking industry in 2007. As Loan Portfolio Officer at a regional Wisconsin bank, his primary responsibility was commercial appraisal review and compliance. In 2015, Mr. Krause started at a Milwaukee area appraisal firm. After obtaining his Certified General license in 2017, he created his own company, Three Oaks Valuation, which has now evolved to Oaks Appraisal Group.
Mr. Krause has experience appraising nearly all types of real estate, from vacant land to special/limited use properties. In addition, due to his unique background in the banking industry, Mr. Krause provides extensive knowledge and experience in appraisal review.
Prior to entering the appraisal field, Mr. Krause attended Concordia University Wisconsin where he graduated with a Bachelor degree in business. He later obtained his MBA with an emphasis in finance.
